 * Hello. I can see that you can add a shortcode to allow IMPORT from frontend.
 * Is is possible to have a frontend button to EXPORT?
 * This would be on a restricted page.

 * [@bgd01](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bgd01/),
 * Sorry currently this is not possible.
 * I never thought it was necessary.
 * Do you think it would be a good idea to include it in future versions?

 * Hi Javier, and thanks for the reply.
 * I certainly do. Case usage example is the site I am working on at the moment.
 * The website has 400+ members (just a role in WP).
 * The company has 10+ board members(another role). From time to time they like
   to export a csv list of the members. I avoid giving wp-admin access to anyone
   where possible, so the ability to export from the frontend in a secure member
   area would be massive.
 * I can already do this with wpallexport, but it need cron setup, which is overkill
   and unreliable.
 * Best wishes

 * [@bgd01](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bgd01/),
 * OK I understand.
 * Some kind of attribute that you will include in the shortcode? Maybe to filter
   roles?

 * Yes, but I personally think a shortcode generator in settings would be better.
   That way you can specify roles, and user meta to include in output.

 * I have just done it.
 * Please update to the last version.
 * There is no shortcode generator, but you can use the attributes to filter the
   same options that appears in the backend.
 * Any doubt or problem, let me know.
