Export Users to csv

I just downloaded this plug in. I went to “users” then “export to csv”. I did not select a date range – the only date range option was Jan 2016 to Jan 2016. After exporting, my pop up asked me if I wanted to open or save. I tried both but neither did anything. There is no file. I did receive a “warning, this plug in has not been tested with your current version of wordpress. Help! I do not want to manually create a csv 🙁
