Exported CSV unreadable | ww.wp.xz.cn

When exporting the submissions from any of my forms, the CSV that is downloaded looks like gobbledygook. No field names or entries are readable. The files just contains lines and lines of random characters.

Is there any error being reported in WordPress > Tools > Site health for example missing PHP extension
