 * I’m looking for the location of the export/import feature for the galleries. 
   Can you advise or point me to some documentation on how to perform this action?

 * HI. There are such functionality in advanced view (you can turn it on in the 
   gallery settings).
 * import/export of items you have if you right click on some category.
