 * Hello
 * I lost access to my website (the admin password) and need to export my courses.
   Can I do that by accessing PhpMyAdmin? is there a specific table I can export?
   Or can I get them from the file manager or plugin folder since I still have access
   to my hosting account.
 * Also, how can I import the courses after that? Can it be done from the dashboard?
 * thank you.

 * Hello [@zaytounahmad](https://wordpress.org/support/users/zaytounahmad/),
 * Thank you for reaching out to us!
 * Currently, our plugin doesn’t offer a built-in course Import/Export feature.
   However, we’re actively working on features to simplify migrations and ensure
   data integrity in future updates. We recommend WordPress site migration instead
   of import/export.
 * You can easily reset your admin password via phpMyAdmin. Please read [this article](https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-reset-a-wordpress-password-from-phpmyadmin/).
 * If you need any further assistance, feel free to let us know.
 * Best regards,
 * Mohammad Nafiz

 * Thank you. I tried that and it didn’t work for me. I guess I will have to add
   the courses and lessons again from scratch.
