 * We want to export orders in a csv file to our shipping agent using the WooCommerce
   Customer/Order/Coupon Export plugin.
    The shipping agent requires the order data
   in a very specific format, e.g. Orderno 8NUM Orderid 8NUM Orderdate DD/MM/YYYY
 * Where in WooCommerce do I go to ensure that order details are in the correct
   format ready for export?

 * Hi there,
 * Support for the [WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export](https://woocommerce.com/products/ordercustomer-csv-export/)
   plugin is provided via our premium support channel. Please contact us at [WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support](https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket).
   You may need to create an account before you can access that page. Select **Help
   with my extension** > **WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export** from the dropdown.
 * We will be able to help you further there.

 * Thanks, but I have already been in contact with Support for the WooCommerce Customer/
   Order/Coupon Export plugin. They have advised that the plugin does not have the
   functionality for formatting the data in a specific way as we want.
 * So, this is actually a WooCommerce query:
 * Where in WooCommerce do I go to ensure that order details are in the correct
   format ready for export?

 * Hi [@nevnic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nevnic/)
    You can set the date
   format in the WordPress settings under Settings ➔ General ➔ Date Format.
 * Ass to the order number format, you can use a plugin to achieve the format that
   you need.
    Sequential Order Numbers Pro ([https://woocommerce.com/products/sequential-order-numbers-pro/?aff=10486&cid=1131038](https://woocommerce.com/products/sequential-order-numbers-pro/?aff=10486&cid=1131038))
   would do the job, and there may be other third party plugins available. A search
   for `WooCommerce order number format` finds some interesting options.
 * I hope that helps you to figure it out.
    Feel free to get back to us if you have
   further questions.

 * Thank you for your help.
 * Re date formatting, actually what I want to do is have just the
    -  Order Date
 *  in DD/MM/YYYY format, with
    -  no time
 * .

 * Hi [@nevnic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nevnic/)
    Removing the time
   from the timestamp on the orders would require either some custom coding, or
   some manipulation of the data after it is exported. Unfortunately it is not currently
   a feature of WooCommerce.
 * For assistance with customization or development with your site, we recommend
   that you seek help from:

 * I hope that helps you to figure it out.
