# Exporting Ticket Data

 *  We have a specific requirement related to exporting FooEvents ticket check-in
   data along with the ticket ID for each order’s tickets in the export Excel file.
 * We have already added the FooEvents snippet to our functions.php file as instructed.
   However, we have encountered a couple of issues:
    1. **Ticket Status:** In the export file, the ticket status for all tickets appears
       as “unpaid,” regardless of the actual status of the tickets. We would like to
       ensure that the exported data reflects the accurate ticket status (e.g., checked-
       in, not checked-in).
    2. **Ticket Number Field:** We are unable to locate the ticket number field in 
       the export file. It’s crucial for us to have the ticket numbers associated with
       each order’s tickets for better tracking and analysis.
 * We believe that resolving these issues will significantly provide us with more
   accurate data for our analysis.
 * Could you please guide us on how to:
    - Correct the ticket status issue so that it reflects the actual status of each
      ticket.
    - Include the ticket number field in the export file so that we can easily identify
      each ticket within an order.
 * Your assistance in addressing these concerns would be greatly appreciated.

 * FooEvents is not free plugin. 
   So please, submit fresh copy of this plugin(zip
   file) as new ticket to [https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/](https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/)
 * please, you don’t forget to upload your settings too.
   Use >WooCommerce>Export
   Orders>Tools to get them.
