 * Does anyone know the best way to increase the overall size of the calendar for
   the 2013 theme? Thanks

 * you can do that by using css styling and adjusting the width; you can use firebug
   or chrome to inspect the html elements to get it’s css class or id name

 * Thanks, I have tried modifying anything to do with the width and the best I can
   do is widen it far out to the right, but cells don’t move with it. I also have
   full calendar installed which I thought would have extended events manager on
   it’s own, in case that would affect the changes.
