 * Hello,
 * I’m trying to use a ‘sendpress-signup’ form within a Hustle popup. Everything
   works as expected…except, I cannot get the modal window to close on form submission.
   The spinner icon just spins until the modal window is manually closed.
 * I have set the option “External form conversion behavior” to “Close the pop-up”…
   but this behavior is not working with Sendpress forms.
 * The Sendpress shortcode I’m using to embed the form…doesn’t have any useful options
   for this situation other than ‘redirect_page’.
 * I’d appreciate any help with this…
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fexternal-form-conversion-behavior-sendpress%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hello [@ljayszabo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ljayszabo/)
 * Just to be on the safe side here, are you using this plugin?
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/sendpress/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/sendpress/)
 * Also, have you tried the other option, **Re-direct to form target URL**, to see
   what happens?
 * Warm regards,
    Dimitris

 * Hi Dimitris, thank you for your reply.
 * Yes, that is the correct sendpress plugin…I was using the following link for
   shortcode options reference:
    [https://docs.sendpress.com/article/76-sp-signup](https://docs.sendpress.com/article/76-sp-signup)
 * I’ve tried all 3 options under the “external form conversion” settings in Hustle…
   same results.

 * Jason

 * Hello [@ljayszabo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ljayszabo/) ,
 * Have you tried this shortcode on a stand-alone page (not in a popup)? Because
   I just tested that plugin and it’s not working on the page the same way as in
   pop-up. I have tested this plugin on a site with only it enabled I am seeing
   the same spinning icon.
    So it’s something that needs to be reported to the Sendpress
   developer.
 * kind regards,
    Kasia

 * Kasia,
 * Thank you very much for your testing…I didn’t think of this!!! You are correct,
   I am experiencing the same behavior on a fresh install of WordPress with only
   Sendpress Newsletter plugin installed.
 * I will resolve this support issue and will follow-up with the Sendpress developers.

 * Jason

 * Hello,
 * i’ve a similar issue with the ActiveCampaign plugin.
    Once the ajax request is
   performed nothing happens. Do i need to put some parameter to the form in order
   to enable hustle to detect the event?
 * Thank you

 * Hello [@naoflow](https://wordpress.org/support/users/naoflow/) ,
 * Since your query is not related to the bug in the Sendpress plugin please open
   a separate thread on support forum as per forum regulations.
