# External Image source

 * How do i show an image from an external link?

 * When i use this i get an image icon. When i click the url to the image it shows
   my domain url first and then the external url which causes the image to not display.
 * Any ideas?

 * Hi,
 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * For that, you could either type in the HTML code for the image manually, like
 *     ```
       <img src="https://example.com/image.jpg" />
       ```
   
 * or use the “Insert Image” button below the table input fields and then choose
   URL as the source.
