Inside “Top Posts / Pages” I get a page named “Home” with a link to an external site.

    Look:
    <li class="list-group-item monsterinsights-listing-table-row" style=""><span class="monsterinsights-reports-list-count">14. </span>&nbsp;<span class="monsterinsights-reports-list-text"><a href="https://s650110352.sito-web-online.it/" target="_blank">Home</a></span><span class="monsterinsights-reports-list-number">1</span></li>

    What does it mean?

    Hi there,
Monsterinsights pulls all of it’s data from Google Analytics. An external URL means one of two things:
    1. If your site is hosted on a hosting provider that uses a staging server with a test domain, such as {mysite}.wpengine.com for example, then that could be the cause
    2. Someone could be sending Measurement Protocol “Ghost referral” spam to your Google Analytics account. Generally done in an attempt to get you, the site owner, to click on the link, they send fake traffic to your GA account.

You can use a technique like https://www.terakeet.com/insights/how-to-filter-ghost-referral-spam-in-google-analytics/ to stop them, though please make and use filters only on a new view. Do not create a filter on the only view you have in a Google Analytics property, as if you mess up the filter, you won’t be able to recover the site traffic data
