# External Plugin installation issue

 * My plugin ultimate membership pro from envato refuse to activate after i have
   input my license. it keeps saying “You are using Ultimate Membership pro trial
   version. click the blablabla section to insert your license” i have done that
   several times but i keep getting same result. Why?

 * You should reach the author of Ultimate Membership Pro. This issue doesn’t seems
   to be anyway related to our plugin.
