# Extra Billing Fields Not Saving

 * The extra fields were working – they were added to the emails as well as to the
   order data. Now I find that all of a sudden this is no longer the case.
 * Could this be related to the latest Woocommerce update?
 * I have been trying to figure this out for some time now, and would love some 
   help.

 * We are having the same problem! The extra fields no longer work. As soon as the
   customer enters the data and hits “checkout” the fields clear and nothing is 
   recorded. Wondering if the dev is working on a fix?

 * Yeah I just don’t get it. I even tried removing swiss knife and adding a custom
   solution to functions file and it still did not work. I am lost. The knife has
   not been updated in a long time, so I don’t suspect it will be updated. We can
   hope I guess.
