# Extra Entries Error.

 * Hello i want to buy the pro version, but firt i want to be able to use the free
   plugin without errors, at the moment i have created 1 extra entries to visit 
   a site url but the giveaway display this message and the action doesnt complete:
 * This action is invalid. No instance.
 * Can you help me with that? thanks

 * are you caching the giveaway pages?
 * I’ve tried it now on [https://www.wpsimplegiveaways.com/giveaway/template-classic/](https://www.wpsimplegiveaways.com/giveaway/template-classic/)
   and it worked fine.
 * So I wonder if it may be a caching issue, so let’s confirm that first.

   but doesnt work correctly when i fill the form but your site doesnt load correctly

   work correctly?
 * If you mean the link, that’s fine. I set a link just to test.
 * The important part is that after clicking the link, the “Complete” button becomes
   available and after clicking it, you get 1 entry.
