# Extra fields didnt work

 * Hello. Then Im trying to add extra fields, Im still getting to my email just 
   basic information like in standart form.. Please help me..

 * Maybe you did not add the extra fields mail-tags in message body in “Mail” tab
   panel.

 * Adding to what [@ov3rfly](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ov3rfly/) has provided.
 * For example if you added​ the select tag below to the default CF7 form,
    ​ `<
   p>[select menu-999 "tablet" "phone" "pc"]</p>`
 * to receive the selected option by the user, you need to add `[menu-999]` to the
   mail section (the second tab on the CF7 user interface) of your form.

 * However if the above does not solve your problem, then please include a link 
   to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections
   of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem,
   they may be able to offer a possible solution.

   my job!
