# Extra notification email

 * Dear Support,
    When the admin modify a ticket, the Wats sends an normal email(
   which contains an information about the changing) and an extra email to the cusotmer.
   The extra email contains an unformated information with our IP address, and a
   link with whois.arin.net website, and this email contains the complet answer 
   from the admin and two links with the comments. Could you help me, how can I 
   switch off this second email?

 * The second email is generated by WordPress core or another plugin. Just check
   the WordPress comment notification options or see which plugins are set to notify
   users of options. This second email isn’t generated by WATS.
