 * Great plugin! I just want to know why the extra field 1,2, and 3 is not showing
   on PDF invoice?

    These are not integrated in the Simple template, if you want to use
   them you could upgrade to the [Premium Templates extension](https://wpovernight.com/downloads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips-premium-templates/)
   or integrate them yourself in a [custom template](https://docs.wpovernight.com/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/creating-a-custom-pdf-template/).
