 * Very basic, for the logical functions you have to have a paid plan, $ 39 per 
   month, it is too expensive for that product. There are plenty of more convenient
   alternatives.

 * We do **have a free plan** and also offer almost **all necessary features at 
   our $19 **plan.
 * If you are comparing our highest plan $39 with alternatives like drift.com, intercom
   custom bot, hellotars etc.. you can easily get the answer for the question ‘which
   one is affordable for small businesses’.
