Facebook used to allow you to edit the headline in an ad. Apparently, that feature has been removed. Now, Facebook is pulling information from the page itself to generate the headline, or that’s what I’ve read. How can I edit my event page to make it read, “2017 Annual Holiday Luminary” in the Facebook ad instead of “Williamsburg Memorial Park?”

I’ve reached out to the Facebook ad support team as well, but they haven’t responded. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I’m not too familiar with Facebook ads, but if you want to change any of the meta data for events pages, our themer’s guide has some great info on customizing our plugins. I would recommend starting there.

    I hope that helps!
