# Facebook and WordPress sync Problem

 * Ok, so here’s my problem. I have a site with godaddy.com and it’s a wordpress
   hosted site. [http://www.parklandcrossfit.com](http://www.parklandcrossfit.com)
   and what im trying to do is sync my wordpress with my facebook. I want my facebook
   to update when i post a new thing on my wordpress website. But i’ve tried they
   way you do it with the notes…and add it like that…and it tells me the url im 
   using is not valid. Or the other way is by adding the wordpress app to my facebook,
   but when i do it that way it says to enter my user name and i do and it tells
   me my username is invalid…the only wordpress account/blog i have is the one for
   my website…which i get there by going to [http://www.parklandcrossfit.com/wp-admin](http://www.parklandcrossfit.com/wp-admin)
   can anyone helo my sync my facebook with my wordpress please?
