Trying to display a Facebook feed on a clients site I am working on. I open Essential Addons > Elements then go to Facebook Feed Element. Select this to on and then click the save button. This results in an error message that says “Oops, something went wrong” This has an OK button and when OK is clicked, the message disappears but saving shows the spinning circle that does not stop. I have disabled all plugins except for Elementor and Essential Addons. I am using Astra and everything is up to date, WordPress, Elementor & Essential Addons. Just to clarify, this is a brand new installation with only Astra theme, Astra Pro Plugin, Elementor, Elementor Header/Footer & Blocks plugin and Essential Plugins.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @avonrivercs,

    Hope you are doing well.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems some settings didn’t set properly.

Are you using the Wordfence Security plugin on your site? If yes, please install another plugin named Wordfence Assistant. And then go to Wordfence Assistant > Remove all Wordfence Data in the Database and elsewhere > Delete All Wordfence Data and table. And then recheck once.

Hope your issue will be fixed. Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!
