  • No clue but that font choice in the graphic is misleading the G looks like a 6…
    76 essential amino acids lol…

Btw you do not have Yoast activated your using a plug in called access press social share right now…

    You might try them?

Hi, thanks for pointing that out. I’m using social share for my single blog posts. I just disabled this plugin and now when I share my homepage on facebook the featured image works. Not sure how the plugins are conflicting, any ideas?

    Hey @macpheek,

Unfortunately, we couldn’t replicate the issue as you have deactivated the conflicting plugin. It is possible that the other plugin is also generating Open Graph tags, which might be causing the issue. If that is the case, it would be best to contact its developers on how to deactivate the OG tags.

Hi, I’m now getting this error.

The following required properties are missing: fb:app_id

The warning of ‘Warning: fb:app_id hasn’t been included in the meta tags’ appears if you have not specified a Facebook app ID for your site. This does not interfere with the ability to share posts on Facebook but may limit your ability to use Facebook features like Insights. We have more information on this here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/warning-fb-app-id-hasnt-been-included-in-the-meta-tags/
