It seems your access token has already expired. You can check whether your access key is expired or not from here. You can extend your access token by following this doc.

my access token is still valide, i created the app yesterday, i puted it in “live” mode and i extended my assess token….
so i don’t understand….

Please open this link and paste your access token here. And click on the Get Credentials button and retry with the page ID and access token you will get here. Hope your issue will be fixed.

Hi,
i found the issue, i was misunderstood, i didn’t generate credentials, i was using the facebook page id and the access token from facebook page directly in elementor whithout generate credentials….
Anyway it works now.
