First of all, I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. This Facebook Feed Update issue is actually happening for the Database cache in your website I believe.
Can you please Install and active this Transient Cleaner plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/
After Install and activated, please go to Tools > Transient Cleaner and enable the Housekeep option top and set a time, Which is automatically launched each day same time and update your Facebook Feed .
And then tick the “Remove all transients” and click Save Changes.

Hope this will prevent the update issue of Facebook Feed that you’re facing.

Thanks for your response Abid,
I did install it but still all the facebook posts are not showing, it’s showing selectively, skipping some posts.
The issue is still prevailing, please help.
