I dont add an image to the post it uses an image from the sidebar… if I add ab image it shows the right image
If you don’t specify an image to be used, you’ll leave the external service (eg Facebook) to “guess” what image to use, so it’ll simply scan the page and use the first image found. So the behavior you’re seeing with respect to images is to be expected.
… doubles up the text
I don’t think the text is being doubled… at least the most recent posts on your FB page don’t demonstrate this.
Rather, FB is displaying the page’s title (in bold) followed by the first few words of the page’s content (auto-generated excerpt). And since your title and post content are just repetitions of the same single letter (a, w and s for the 3 most recent posts on the FB page) — it seems as though the text is being repeated.
I’ll recommend you put in a real title, and real page content (different from the title) to really see what’s going on.
It may as well be that the text is being duplicated… but that conclusion cannot be drawn from your current test posts.

Thankyou for your reply
I have tried what you said and found the following
Firstly my post image was not being used which I had thought it had previously so I tried a different image and this was used.
So I am guessing it is using it is using the first image it sees and this depends on the address or name of the image?
If I use 2 images in post it still only uses 1 so I
so is the image I am seeing not really to do with the post but more of a avatar? probably not the right term
So conclusion tacebook post not showing post images
OK
Have realised a bit more
It dosent use images that are in post but does use feature image and if no feature image chooses first image it finds.
So I assume you can only use 1 image ie feature image in a post
Thanks for your help
