Facebook JS not loading

I realise that this was covered in the FAQ’s but the answer didn’t solve my problem.

The “Login with Facebook” button is loading as plain text.

When I inspect with cChrome Dev Tolls the erro says:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js

I read somewhere else that it could be a problem with https as you can see the url above is http.
