    Hello,

    Cleantalk is causing a ‘Forbidden’ error on my Facebook login.
    How can I fix this

    Hello @davepius12,

    Please let us know the # of your site. To get the #, find the site in your CleanTalk dashboard, click “Settings” and copy the number.

    I tried registering or logging in via Facebook, but I get this error:

    Please check this feature and then contact us via our private Ticket System and add there a link to this topic: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open. We need additional details about your website.

    Thx for the feedback:

    1) indeed you see that error. Facebook blocks the Facebook login because off the Clean Talk Error
    2) what do I do next? How do I get a private support ticket?

    In the ticket, we suggested that you update the plugin and set the option: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes. You reported that the login is now working. I’m closing this topic.
