I’m testing the FB messenger chat. How do I find my ID?

Hey,
The FB ID is the last part in your FB Page/Profile.
For example:https://www.facebook.com/disney – The ID is: disney
Should I add the entire URL or just the ID?
Just the ID itself, not the entire URL.
