Title: Facebook "No Posts found" error… Last modified: August 22, 2016 --- # Facebook "No Posts found" error… * Resolved [Samioul](https://wordpress.org/support/users/samioul/) * (@samioul) * [11 years, 4 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-no-posts-found-error/) * Hi, * I’ve been searching for a free Facebook feed plugin and have been unsuccessfully trying to use free version of Feed Them Social for a few days now, but still get the “No Posts found” error. * Here’s my system info : * ``` ============================================================================================= Versions ============================================================================================= Feed Them Social Plugin version: 1.6.8 WordPress version: WP 4.1 Installed plugins: Feed Them Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) by SlickRemix version 1.6.8, Simple Custom CSS by John Regan, Danny Van Kooten version 3.2, Tiled Galleries Carousel Without Jetpack by Raja CRN version 2.1, WordPress SEO by Team Yoast version 1.7.1, WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart by Tips and Tricks HQ, Ruhul Amin version v4.0.6, WP Gallery Custom Links by Four Lights Web Development version 1.10.1 ============================================================================================= Server Environment ============================================================================================= PHP Version: 5.4.36-0+deb7u3 Server Software: Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) WP Max Upload Size: 2 MB WP Debug Mode: No fsockopen: fsockopen is ON cURL: cURL is NOT installed on this server ``` * “allow_url_fopen” is set to “ON”, and there’s no restriction on the Facebook public page (about age, or country, or anything), I’ve tried to clear cache many times, wait for a day… but it fails to load Facebook feed. * A few things that I did which could help understand the problem (?) : * – my shortcode is “[fts facebook id=109980315759155 posts_displayed=page_only type=page”], and I still get the “No Posts found” error if I use for example “[ fts facebook id=gopro posts_displayed=page_only type=page”] * – when I use your “Facebook feed demo page”, it works perfectly and get exactly what I’d like to achieve : [http://feedthemsocial.com/facebook-page-feed-demo/?feedID=109980315759155](http://feedthemsocial.com/facebook-page-feed-demo/?feedID=109980315759155) * – I’ve tried the free version of “IK Facebook plugin” (which requires AppID and AppSecret) and it works perfectly, but I prefer the “look & feel” and the options of FTS so I’d like to have it working * – Entering an AppToken or a UserToken in FTS settings doesn’t change anything * I’ve tried to uninstall / reinstall the plugin, clear the cache, reboot the server but still get the same error. Plus I am my own datacenter sysadmin so I can fully manage my Internet connection, I deactivated every firewalling or intrusion prevention rules but no change… No error in Apache log either. * Last thing I’ve been thinking about : the site is currently under development, and its access is password protected (through .htaccess), could this be the issue?
