# Facebook pixel code – error

 * Hi, I’m using your free plugin.
    It looks great! But I have an error only on 
   the thankyou page (Custom Audience Pixel did not load.)

   [ , I used the code with fbq(‘track’, ‘Purchase’) how FB last version required.](http://awesomescreenshot.com/0105blydda)

   we suggest some tricks about “how” to verify if everything works properly with
   scripts defined in TCM.
 * Due to you are using a FB Pixel I suggest you to use the [FB Pixel Helper](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/fb-pixel-helper/fdgfkebogiimcoedlicjlajpkdmockpc)
   to verify if your pixel is properly configured.

 * Hi Alex,
    thanks for the answer. Your suggest are ok, I already check everything
   yesterday. I get the error message that I told you, right from the FB Pixel Helper.
   I checked also the source code and it is on the page TRACKING CODE MANAGER BY
   INTELLYWP.COM IN CONVERSION. I insert the FB code with the fbq(‘track’, ‘Purchase’);
   like I show you in the screenshot. It seems everything well done but sorry why
   the error message “Pixel did not load”?
