# Facebook Plugin Connection Issue

 * Hi all,
 * I am facing an issue when connecting the official Facebook plugin with my Woocommerce
   store. Here’s the issue:
 * During the configuration process, it asks to select the business manager and 
   the page that needs to be connected. So I selected the correct business manager
   and then it asked me to select the page. The page I need to select is not selectable
   on the menu. There is a small ‘i button’ on the side which says contact the page
   admin to request access.
 * Now, I am the page admin and I have created all connected accounts and assets
   therefore I have full access to everything. But still this error keeps popping
   up.
 * Has anyone faced this issue? Can you help?

 * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via
   WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
   Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
