# Facebook Plugin Error

 * Hi,
 * I manage to published an article to my facebook page but the image and excerpt
   is missing, while the messege which I included by custom adding to post from 
   admin appeared. Unfortunately, it failed to published to my profile timeline 
   and showing the error below:
 * Failed posting to your Facebook Timeline. Error: {“message”:”Could not retrieve
   data from URL.”,”type”:”Exception”}
 * As far as I can remember, I have disabled all other meta social plugin related
   to facebook.
 * Can anyone give an advise? Thank you.

 * I have to say after 24 hours reading and searching I ‘m still confuse about how
   to make the opengraph works. Setting this Facebook plugin is not easy and the
   instruction is not quite a step by step either, and with my english capability
   is very hard and difficult to follow.
 * I think from the beginning this plugin is built from a programmer to another 
   programmer point of view and not a programmer to an end user perspective.
 * I’m very much a beginner in wordpress myself and for coding that’s even harder.
   I have to say that you guys have make a good and very well advance Facebook plugin,
   but definitely not for an average user.
 * So please pardon me for asking this, is there any other plugin availabe that 
   I can use so I can just simply publish my post to my facebook timeline and page?
 * Thank you in advance.
