Facebook share description

Hello,

I’m facing a weird problem with my website. When I try to share a post on facebook, the description used is really wrong. It adds ramdon text like that : http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/02/1389473566-sans-titre.jpg

I would like to know if there is a possibility to add an automatic description like ” Click to see the video”, or anything like that.
