 * Commercial themes are not supported here so you’ll need to get help from the 
   theme vendor. If it’s a plug-in issue, you might get help if you post in the 
   plug-in forum — preferably from the plug-in’s page per the forum guidelines:

   > that theme or plugin in the Extend section first, and then using the “Write
   > a New Topic” link from there to make a post about that theme or plugin. This
