 * This is the code which have used , but the thing is it only works for twitter
   and not for other websites. What to do for other social media websites??

   facebook shares? By modyfing plugin or some other way? 🙂

 * AddToAny _templates_ are applicable to [Twitter](http://www.addtoany.com/buttons/customize/wordpress/twitter_message)
   and [email](http://www.addtoany.com/buttons/customize/wordpress/email_template).
 * For Facebook, etc. you will want to use Open Graph meta tags on your actual site.
