 * Hi there
 * Whenever I go to my site with the SearchIQ plugin enabled, I can see the website
   continuing to load. When I investigated with the browser developer tools, I can
   see that there is a GET during page load that fails after 30 seconds to [https://api.searchiq.xyz/js/container/siq-container-2.js?cb=%5Bremoved%5D&engineKey=%5Bremoved%5D](https://api.searchiq.xyz/js/container/siq-container-2.js?cb=%5Bremoved%5D&engineKey=%5Bremoved%5D)
 * On my dev site, which doesn’t have an SSL cert, there is no problem.
 * I’ve tried deleting the plugin and data on the back end and creating from scratch
   but have the same issue.
 * Can you please advise what the issue might be?
