    Hi,
    Having 2 very similar plugins active (such and Wordfence and ours) is never a good idea. Exactly for the possibility of problems like you described 🙁 It’s not possible to debug who did what because 2 plugins are guarding the login form. Add a some caching issues to the mix and it becomes truly insolvable 🙁 I’d suggest keeping just one plugin, whichever feels best for you.
