    When trying to send a test email I get this error: FAILED (Constant FILTER_SANITIZE_STRING is deprecated)

    Hi, the error seems not related to the email delivery: php could report a warning related to other operations and that is not a fatal error anyway.

    Check if you’re using a SMTP plugin. On our “Help/Delivery” panel there are many information and a list of filters applied to the WP mailing funzionalities, could you share a screenshot?

    If you use a SMTP plugin, run a test from that plugin configuration since the error reason could not be available to our plugin.
