# Failed Facebook post – wrong parameters

 * Just installed the plugin today and successfully linked my Facebook account. 
   I made a test post on WordPress, but hit an error “ This post is failed. Wrong
   parameters. “ I can’t figure out what the issue is. FS poster is linked to my
   fb account as a business integration. Please help!

 * We have never gotten a report of this error. Please delete the account and add
   it again, if the issue still occurs, please go to the FS Poster logs tab and 
   hover over the error button [http://prntscr.com/ustb3d](http://prntscr.com/ustb3d).
   So, it will show us the error reason, and provide some screenshots or upload 
   screenshots to [https://prnt.sc/](https://prnt.sc/) and provide the URL to us.

 * Thanks for following up. I re-installed the plug-in and it worked. I also upgraded
   to the pro version and I am finding my way through the various configuration 
   options. One observation so far is that the sharing results (in Facebook) are
   not great for posts edited in Elementor. The user guides are not very helpful.
   I will revert with some specific questions once I test by trial and error a bit
   more. Thanks for your assistance.
