 * Judging from others’ experience, it could be that your server isn’t configured
   to allow include_once() via a filepath. If you have access to your system admin,
   you could ask that they verify if this is allowed, which may fix the issue.

 * If you can tell me where to get the logs I can get them to you, but a screenshot
   won’t help as I just get a white screen on my webpage and the wordpress admin
   page.
