# failed – Network error

 * Hi,
 * I am not able to downlaod the backup.
    When I try to download them it says “failed–
   Network error”
 * Do you know how can I fix this?

 * It is possible that the backup no longer exists or could be connectivity issue.
 * As a workaround you can download the backups directly from your backup folder
   storage. This is by default stored in the “wp-content/updraft” folder or if you
   have a remote storage you can visit the backup folder directly.

    Thanks I was able to download the backup through “wp-content/updraft”
   folder.
 * I tried it through remote storage but somehow it takes too long and never seems
   to end.
