# Failed – Network error

 * I’m trying to download a file of 700 MB, and I always get “Failed – Network error”
   after it goes to 170-200MB.
 * What could be the possible issue? How can I debug this?
 * There is no issue in my internet, as I also tried using Amazon VM for this, I
   tried it for like 10-15 times.

 * It could be an issue related with your server, probably server is cutting off
   connection after a certain period of time, may you please contact your hosting
   support.
