# Failed Orders missing

 * This is a fantastic plugin.
   Would you be so kind to help with two questions?
 * I understand that the listed ‘Email Types’ are based on the Woocommerce core 
   emails, but Woocommerce standard has 2 types “Failed Order”, one for sending 
   to admin and one for the customer. (I just confirmed this by setting up Woocommerce
   on a blank test site)
   In your plugin I see only one “Failed Order”.Please can
   you explain?
 * Further, I disabled some email types in Woocommerce email settings, but your 
   list keeps showing them all as being active. Please elaborate.

 * Apologies for the delay in getting back to you here.
 * The Failed email was for admins only before. While we don’t have the option to
   preview the Customer Failed Order on the Email Customizer page, the email should
   still inherit the global styles.
 * Our Email Type dropdown will list down the core WooCommerce email templates even
   if they are disabled, but that doesn’t mean that the emails will still get sent.
   The WooCommerce settings will still be followed.
