# "Failed send" message

 * Hi,
    Our MailPoet newsletter has just over 200 subscribers, and we send with 
   our own website. I just sent out our latest newsletter, and I’m getting a “failed
   send” status for 48 of those people. However, on the same Stats page it also 
   says that these 48 recipients are “In Queue.” I’m confused: do I need to manually
   re-send the newsletter to those 48 people, or is the send process still happening?
   In other words, will MailPoet re-send to those 48 people automatically? Website

 * You need to create a new segment from that Stats page and send this newsletter
   again to these 48 recipients. Failed Send means your current Sending Method failed
   for some reason.
