  • Hello there,

Even if the debugger tool reports a healthy connection with your site, the REST API is being blocked on the Jetpack plugin, returning a 403 unauthorized error API calls to this blog has been disabled. The xmlrpc.php endpoint is being blocked at your server’s end.

Can you reach out to your host and ask them if they have any blocks or limits on your XML-RPC.php file?

It’s also worth adding the Jetpack IP addresses to the hosting whitelist. The full IP range can be found at the bottom of this page:

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/

We recommend you to contact the hosting support and request to unlock the xmlrpc.php file, after they fix it, flush your browser and site cache and let us know if the issue persists.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,
