Hello,

I have installed a new WordPress on a subdomain and I’m having difficulties connecting LiteSpeed Cache to quic.cloud.
I get this error: Failed to get echo data from WPAPI

When I want to send a report via LiteSpeed and when I click on the Send to LiteSpeed button, nothing happens. I don’t get any report numbers.

@oxydiom let’s debug the issue.
Start with enabling Debug in LSC: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/toolbox/#debug-log
And send a report ID. It can be generated from: LSC => Toolbox => Report => click on “Send to Litespeed”.

Hi there, thanks for your response.
I have already enabled debugging, and when I click on “Send to Litespeed button”, nothing happens. I don’t get a report number.

Edit: And I don’t see any errors in the browser console.
