# Failed update?

 * After the auto-update to 4.0 I am unable to insert media from the media library.
   There are no entries to the right of the images where I used to enter title, 
   caption, etc. I have reinstalled (auto) twice.
    Clicking on the images does nothing.
   Is my site broken, or did I miss something? Thanks.

 * Is it possible to undo wp 4.0 install? Now my site is wrecked and I just released
   it yesterday.

 * I upgraded to 4.0 and had to downgrade recently. I explained my process here (
   but don’t hate me if you screw up your site). Just know that my process worked
   for me, and I now run WP 3.9.2 and everything is ok
