 * Hi WPDesk,
 * When I have the fallback cost enabled AND the UPS API is working correctly, my
   website cart/checkout pages shows both the fallback cost AND the live rates UPS.
   I would have assumed that the fallback cost would only show if the API call failed.
 * Any insight into this? Thanks.

 * The problem might be with your theme. Please test the plugin again, but now using
   [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/) – official WooCommerce
   theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
 * Let me know how the plugin behaves on Storefront in your shop.
