Fallback formatting when using shortcode in Kolibri

Hi All,
I’m using the Kolibri page builder, when I add a shortcode to a blank column and preview the page I only get the fallback page formatting. The WPRM Plugin is freshly installed and activated, I added the recipe manually just before creating the listed preview.
Are there any known issues or anywhere i can check?

Yes that’s the one, I’ve contacted them to see if they can work it out on their side. It’s one of the more popular page builders alongside Divi and Elementor so it should be something that works.
If there’s anything you can do on your side it would be much appreciated as I would like to buy a business bundle but can’t before this is working.
