# False 403 Forbidden errors

 * Greetings,
 * I’m getting a lot of broken links with articles from [ezine@rticles.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/false-403-forbidden-errors/ezine@rticles.com?output_format=md).
   The link works fine when I check it, but BLC says the author page is 403 Forbidden.
   this is only happening with author pages on [ezine@rticles.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/false-403-forbidden-errors/ezine@rticles.com?output_format=md).
 * Any thoughts on why this is happening?
